How to request deletion

Customers can request account deletion or personal-data deletion by emailing info@saxovatpharm.uz or contacting Sakhovat Pharm support from the app.

Use the subject line: Account deletion request. Include the phone number linked to the account and the customer name so support can verify the request.

Verification

Support may ask for the phone number linked to the account, customer name, order or account details needed to verify the requester, and additional identity checks defined by the operator.

Do not send secrets

Do not send passwords, payment card details, SMS codes, or other secret credentials in the deletion request.

What may be deleted or retained

After a verified request, account access may be closed and inactive profile data may be deleted or anonymized where legally and operationally possible.

Some order, audit, security, support, accounting, and legal or operational records may be retained when required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or safety.
