Service scope

Sakhovat Pharm helps customers search for medications and pharmacy products, view availability and prices in pharmacies, check product details, and place pickup or delivery orders.

The MVP service area is Andijan, Shahrikhan, and nearby supported service areas. If a delivery address is outside the supported area, the app should tell the user that delivery is not available for that address.

Data we may collect

• Name and phone number for account access, order confirmation, support, pickup, and delivery.
• Delivery address and delivery notes entered by the customer.
• Order details, selected products, prices shown in the app, selected pharmacy, pickup or delivery method, order status, and order history.
• Customer support messages and information needed to answer support, privacy, or account deletion requests.
• Device and app diagnostics, technical logs, crash logs, app version, operating system, and similar data needed for security, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.
• Push notification token, if push notifications are enabled, to send order and service notifications.
• Location data only when the user grants location permission or selects a location, for nearby pharmacy display, map features, delivery-zone checks, and delivery address support.

How we use data

We use data for account access, pharmacy availability and price display, order fulfillment, pickup and delivery, delivery-zone checks, customer support, audit, service reliability, security, and abuse prevention.

Location

Location permission is not required just to browse the app. Location permission may be requested after a user action such as selecting current location, viewing nearby pharmacies, opening map features, or choosing a delivery point. If location permission is denied, the user can use manual address entry or pickup options where available.

The app is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Medicine names, prices, availability, and product details in the app are for pharmacy ordering and availability purposes only. Always consult a doctor or pharmacist for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, dosage, or medication selection.

Payments

Supported MVP payment methods are cash on delivery, card on delivery, and payment at the pharmacy for pickup.

Click and Payme are not available in the app yet. The current release does not collect Click or Payme credentials.

Sharing

Order data is shared only with people who need it to fulfill or support the order: authorized pharmacy staff, admins/operators, assigned couriers, and authorized technical operators.

Retention, deletion, and user rights

Account, order, support, audit, security, accounting, and legal or operational records may be retained as needed for service operation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.

Customers may request access, correction, account deletion, or personal-data deletion support by emailing info@saxovatpharm.uz or using support contacts in the app. Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, dispute, or operational reasons.
